The predicted salary is between 18900 - 23100 Β£ per year.

This role is a limited term appointment until 31 August 2028.

This role is term time, which means that the gross annual salary advertised will be reduced proportionately based on the number of weeks worked during the academic year.

Term time employees are contracted to work 38 weeks per year.

Please note that the full time equivalent for this position is 37 hours, so roles advertised with contracted hours less than 37 will be classed as part time.

About the role

Could you help pupils build confidence, engage in learning and thrive within a supportive school environment?

As an Education Support Officer at Sulby Primary School, you'll work closely with an individual pupil, helping them access learning and participate fully in school life.

Through consistent, personalised support, you'll play an important role in promoting confidence, wellbeing and independence.

You'll work alongside teachers, support staff and families to implement tailored learning and behaviour strategies, monitor progress and adapt approaches to meet the pupil's needs.

Building positive relationships and creating an inclusive environment will be central to helping the pupil achieve their potential both academically and socially.
