The Department of Infrastructure's Housing Agency is looking for a proactive and innovative

Tenancy Services Manager to lead tenancy and estate management services across the Government's portfolio of 1,274 public sector homes.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape and improve services, build strong partnerships across agencies, and play a key role in supporting tenants and strengthening communities.

Leading a dedicated team of Housing Officers and Administrative Officers, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality housing services while driving continuous improvement.

From managing tenancy and estate issues and overseeing the reletting of homes to supporting vulnerable individuals through effective partnership working, you'll be at the forefront of delivering practical solutions and positive outcomes.

Your ability to balance priorities, navigate complex situations, and adapt to changing demands will be essential.

This role offers the opportunity to influence strategic improvements, implement more effective systems and processes, and contribute to the overall performance and development of the Housing section.
