About the role
This role is a limited term appointment for 6 months. Are you looking for a hands‐on IT role where your skills help keep Government services running smoothly across the Island? Join Government Transformation Services as a Telephony Team Analyst and take the lead in supporting the Isle of Man Government's mobile, telephony and device estate. You will handle support tickets, manage iPads and mobile hardware, maintain key systems such as Airwatch, Samsung Knox, Apple DEP, InTune and Cisco Call Manager, and visit sites across Government to resolve issues face‐to‐face.

Working Conditions:
A Security Clearance Check is required for this post, the cost of which will be covered by the Isle of Man Government. Please note a relocation package is not available for this role.
