This role is term time, which means that the gross annual salary advertised will be reduced proportionately based on the number of weeks worked during the academic year. Term time employees are contracted to work 38 weeks per year.
Please note that the full time equivalent for this position is 37 hours, so roles advertised with contracted hours less than 37 will be classed as part time. The gross annual salary advertised will be reduced based on the part time hours.

Join the Outreach Team at St Ninian's High School as a Senior Education Support Officer and play a key role in supporting students with additional or complex needs. Working as part of the Progress Zone team, you'll build positive relationships, deliver tailored interventions, provide mentoring and help students develop the confidence, resilience and skills they need to succeed both in and beyond school.
This is a varied and rewarding opportunity to work closely with students, families, schools and external agencies to create meaningful outcomes. From supporting learners in school and online, to delivering targeted programmes and home-based interventions, you'll help ensure every student has access to the support they need to engage with education and make progress.
