This role is term time, which means that the gross annual salary advertised will be reduced proportionately based on the number of weeks worked during the academic year. Term time employees are contracted to work 38 weeks per year.

As a Senior Education Support Officer – Cover Supervisor at Ballakermeen High School, you will keep learning moving by supervising classes during short term teacher absence, delivering set work, supporting behaviour and helping students stay focused and included across a range of subjects. You will use your organisation and people skills every day, from leading registrations to supporting individual needs, encouraging effective use of ICT and working closely with teachers and parents.
