The Ports Maintenance Manager will take ownership of a significant and diverse portfolio of marine infrastructure, helping drive investment, asset management and infrastructure improvements across the Island.

The Ports Maintenance Manager role is a rare opportunity for an experienced infrastructure professional to lead the management, maintenance and development of a diverse portfolio of marine assets that are critical to the Island's economy, connectivity and resilience. Take ownership of harbour infrastructure across an entire island nation! From commercial ports and marinas to breakwaters, quays, slipways and specialist marine facilities, you will help shape how assets are maintained, enhanced and prepared for the future.
A unique and varied portfolio, where no two days are the same. You will oversee infrastructure across the Isle of Man's network of eight statutory harbours, along with associated marine assets and operational facilities. The scope includes:
- Strategic asset management

- Leadership of maintenance teams

A competitive salary that increases each 12 months until you reach the salary maximum. A relocation package of up to £10,000 based on receipts is available for this role.
