As a Legal Practitioner – Commercial, you will be part of the Commercial Directorate of the Attorney General’s Chambers, providing legal advice to Government Departments, Boards and Offices on a wide range of commercial, contractual and property matters.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert legal advice on commercial, contractual and property matters to government departments, boards and offices.
- Draft and negotiate commercial contracts.
- Advise on procurement, property transactions and wider public sector legal issues.
- Work closely with clients across the government to deliver pragmatic legal advice on complex, sensitive and strategically important matters.
