About the role
Could you lead a school community where ambition, inclusion and excellence shape every child's experience?
As Headteacher at Manor Park Primary School, you'll provide the leadership that brings together pupils, staff, parents and governors behind a shared ambition for the school. Building on strong foundations, you'll create the conditions for high-quality teaching, positive outcomes and a culture where every child is supported to succeed both academically and personally.
You'll shape the future direction of the school by setting high expectations, driving continuous improvement and ensuring every pupil has the opportunity to reach their potential. Working closely with staff, families and the wider school community, you'll foster an inclusive environment where achievement is celebrated, wellbeing is valued and everyone is encouraged to contribute to the school's success.
If you're an existing Headteacher or an accomplished Deputy Headteacher with substantial leadership experience, a proven record of driving school improvement and a commitment to inclusive, child-centred education, we would be delighted to hear from you.
