Join our team as an Enterprise Support Manager for the Department for Enterprise. In this key role, you’ll manage the Department’s Financial Assistance Scheme, evaluating and appraising projects from new and existing businesses, while providing guidance and support to help them overcome challenges and achieve sustainable growth. You’ll play a central role in monitoring business performance and reporting on the impact and value the scheme delivers to the Island’s economy. Working closely with Executive Agencies and business partners, you’ll help co-ordinate and drive lead pipeline activity, ensuring strong alignment with strategic priorities and opportunities for growth. This is a fantastic opportunity to influence economic development, shape business support initiatives, and work with a wide range of stakeholders.
