The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.
This role is a limited term appointment until 26 May 2027. Term time employees are contracted to work 38 weeks per year. The gross annual salary advertised will be reduced proportionately based on weeks worked. The full-time equivalent for this position is 37 hours; roles advertised with contracted hours less than 37 will be classed as part-time, and the salary will be reduced based on part-time hours.
Responsibilities:
- Support students with complex needs through tailored learning, personal care, and life skills development.
- Contribute to individual education plans.
- Assist in mainstream lessons.
- Take part in enrichment activities that build confidence and independence.
Requirements:
- Enhanced Barring Police Check (cost covered by the Isle of Man Government).
