About the role

Are you passionate about breaking down barriers and helping people achieve their potential? Join our team as a Disability Employment Advisor and make a real difference to the lives of people with disabilities and health conditions, helping them overcome challenges, build confidence and take positive steps towards employment. Working with a diverse range of clients, you'll provide tailored guidance, support and coaching, empowering individuals to achieve their career goals and reach their full potential.

No two days are the same. You'll work collaboratively with employers, healthcare professionals, third-sector organisations and other partner agencies to identify opportunities, remove barriers and ensure clients receive the support they need to succeed. As part of a dedicated and supportive team, you'll build meaningful relationships while delivering a high-quality service that has a lasting impact on individuals and the wider community.
