This role is a limited term appointment for 6 months.

About the role

Could you lead a team that helps patients access high‑quality dental care in a supportive and inclusive environment?

As Dental Nurse Team Leader within the Community Dental Service, you’ll play a key role in supporting the delivery of preventative‑focused dental care for patients who may find it difficult to access general dental services. Working closely with the wider team, you’ll help ensure patients receive a positive and welcoming experience.

You’ll provide clinical and administrative leadership to the Dental Nursing team, supporting day‑to‑day operations while maintaining high standards of care. You’ll also work alongside colleagues to deliver a wide range of dental services, contributing to a service that places patients at the heart of everything it does. This is a rewarding opportunity to combine leadership with hands‑on clinical practice, while developing your skills within a specialist and supportive service.

If you’re ready to take the next step in your dental nursing career and lead a dedicated team, we’d love to hear from you!
