As a Customer Services Officer within the Housing Agency, you'll provide vital administrative support to the housing team, respond to tenants’ enquiries, process applications, assess eligibility, and help customers access housing schemes and services. This is a customer-focused role, offering the opportunity to build strong relationships while providing advice, guidance, and practical support.

Working with sensitive personal and financial information, you'll ensure customers receive a professional, efficient and supportive experience.
