As a Customer Service Officer within Social Security, you'll assess benefit claims, review supporting evidence, calculate entitlements, process payments and provide one to one support to customers.
Working in a fast paced team, you'll manage a varied workload, dealing with enquiries, maintaining records and ensuring claims are processed efficiently and correctly.
You'll enjoy a role that combines problem solving, customer interaction and responsibility.
