About the role

Want to use your compliance expertise to influence policy, strengthen governance and make a real difference across the Attorney General's Chambers? Join our team as a Compliance Officer and take on a business critical role at the heart of the organisation. Working across all business areas, you'll coordinate key responsibilities including data protection, Freedom of Information, records management and business continuity, while helping ensure statutory requirements, internal policies and best practice are applied consistently. You'll build relationships across Government, support organisational improvement and play an important role in safeguarding the integrity and reputation of Chambers.

The Attorney General's Chambers occupies a unique, politically neutral and autonomous position within the Isle of Man Government, supporting sound decision making and the rule of law with a high degree of independence. This role offers the opportunity to work across the full breadth of the organisation, build valuable relationships and contribute to a wide range of projects that shape how Chambers operates. You'll put your knowledge and experience to good use while enjoying genuine variety, responsibility and the chance to make a visible contribution.
