Supporting older people across the Isle of Man, you'll help individuals maintain their independence, build confidence and continue living safely in their own homes while delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

Working as part of a dedicated community team, you'll build trusted relationships with service users, families and healthcare professionals while providing a wide range of practical and personal support.

No two days are the same, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys meaningful work, variety and the chance to see the positive difference they make firsthand.

Whether you're looking for a full-time role or part-time hours, we are open to appointing either one full-time Community Support Worker or two part-time Community Support Workers working 18.5 hours per week each.

  • Annual leave starting from 21 days, a Privilege Day and 10 Bank Holidays; your annual leave will increase after your first year and again after your third year.
