COMMERCIAL & PATIENT CATERING MANAGER
(37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday inc. bank holidays)
We are looking for a Catering Leader who is an experienced, commercially minded and people focused for a unique role providing practical hands on and strategic leadership across Hospice’s Catering Services.
You will lead the multi‑talented team across our Hospice sites providing patient and family meals, our two fundraising cafes and our Hospice ‘Care for a Drink’ coffee van. You will also be responsible for finding and delivering new commercial catering opportunities so that we can continue to turn profit into patient care.
You will be an enthusiastic and dynamic person with excellent leadership skills who is focussed on maximising catering‑related income generation opportunities, whilst embodying the Hospice Isle of Man’s values and mission.
