ASSISTANT MANAGER - LIFE INSURANCE (PRUDENTIAL SUPERVISION)
An opportunity has arisen at the Authority for the role of Assistant Manager – Life Insurance in the Prudential Supervision Division. This role offers a rewarding position for the right candidate, to assist with the supervision of a portfolio of life insurance companies, being part of the team responsible for overseeing a sector that manages over £80bn of policyholder assets.
Relevant industry experience in an operational, compliance, insurance, risk or audit/ accounting role, together with an awareness of the Life Insurance sector, including associated legislation, regulation and guidance, are essential.
The successful candidate should hold, or be willing to work towards, a professional qualification relevant to the financial services industry. Strong analytical skills, a flexible attitude and the ability to quickly and accurately assimilate and present information are all also essential.
