This role is term time, which means that the gross annual salary advertised will be reduced proportionately based on the number of weeks worked during the academic year. Term time employees are contracted to work 38 weeks per year.

Join the central services team as at Ballakermeen High School and play a key role in the day-to-day operation of a busy secondary school. Working under the leadership of the Finance Manager, you'll support a wide range of functions across purchasing, finance, administration and reprographics, helping to ensure staff and students have the resources and support they need to thrive. No two days look exactly the same, offering plenty of variety and opportunities to develop your skills.
As a key member of a friendly and collaborative office team, you'll build positive relationships with staff, students, visitors and suppliers while managing a varied workload with accuracy and professionalism. We're looking for someone who is adaptable, eager to learn and confident using digital systems. Previous experience with specific school systems is not essential, as training will be provided. Strong communication, organisational and customer service skills will help you make a valuable contribution to the smooth and efficient running of the school.
