We\’re looking for a professional and efficient manager who can inspire confidence, drive improvement, and keep customer experience front and centre.

You\’ll lead Student Awards, Student Loans, Corporate Services, and the admin side of the Education Advisory Service – making sure everything runs smoothly and supports students, families, and colleagues.

Great communication, resilience, flexibility, and sound judgment are key. You\’ll handle escalations, complaints, and Parliamentary questions, plus keep performance reporting and quality assurance on track.

Beyond day-to-day delivery, you\’ll support corporate governance and contribute to the Isle of Man Government\’s Strategic Plans and DESC Strategy. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference for families and young people.
