A member of the Senior Leadership Team within the Learning Service, you will lead and support improvements in GCSEs, ESTYN Secondary Standards, Inspections and GAD Grant and ensure cohesion with other Council services to provide the most effective and efficient support for children and young people. You will work in an integrated manner with other services and partners, manage and lead staff, and provide leadership, support and challenge for schools to ensure they operate as effectively and efficiently as possible, thereby ensuring the best possible experiences and outcomes for the county’s pupils.
