Isle of Anglesey County Council is seeking a Data Protection Officer to lead and manage data protection compliance for schools across Ynys Mon. The role develops strategic and operational compliance programmes required by UK and EU legislation, providing advice by phone and email to headteachers across 44 schools.
The post also leads the data protection complaints process, acts as a point of contact for regulators such as the ICO and Surveillance Camera Commissioner, and ensures compliance.
