To lead the operational delivery of the school counselling service across Anglesey, managing a small team of school-based counsellors to deliver assessment, time-limited intervention and referral in-line with the agreed service model, eligibility/referral criteria and established procedures. The postholder ensures compliance with information governance and safeguarding requirements and contributes to service improvement activity through agreed reporting, evaluation and feedback mechanisms.
