Working for Isle of Anglesey County Council.
Support pupils, particularly those with emotional, behavioural and social needs, to remove barriers to learning in schools and in inclusion hubs or specialist resource bases in Anglesey.
Implement the ALN Code in supporting pupils and establish effective, professional working relationships with them.
Work under the direction and supervision of the Senior Inclusion Teacher, ensuring that all duties outlined in the job description are carried out under teacher supervision.
Appointment subject to satisfactory enhanced DBS and EWC registration.
