Provide effective, timely administrative and secretarial support to the ALN & Inclusion Service, ensuring high-quality, compliant service delivery. Coordinate and service meetings, panels and training - managing agendas, minutes, venues and follow-up actions - and act as a courteous first point of contact for sensitive enquiries. Maintain accurate records and data (e.g., IDPs and key inclusion datasets) across council systems, supporting robust information governance. Work collaboratively with schools, families and partner agencies to progress agreed actions, uphold safeguarding and statutory responsibilities, and enable efficient, learner-centred practice.

Appointment subject to satisfactory basic DBS.
