Isle Of Anglesey County Council is seeking an Early Years Assessment Unit Manager/Leader to provide strategic and operational leadership of the Early Years Assessment & Observation service. You will ensure high-quality, person-centred Additional Learning Needs (ALN) provision across settings and schools in Anglesey.
The ideal candidate will manage the EYA team, oversee Individual Development Plans, and contribute to service reviews while driving quality assurance.
Competitive salary ranges between £54,398 and £58,691 per year.
