To operate heavy plant and support the facilitation of the safe, effective and efficient running of all of the Council’s Waste facilities through receiving, sorting, shredding, transporting, composting and recording of municipal wastes. The role will include the following:
- Operating heavy plant & machinery on site
- Carrying out shredding / baling operations
- Carrying out daily monitoring checks of waste operational processes
- Carrying out some administrative / IT tasks
