Isle of Anglesey County Council is seeking a registered professional practitioner to support pupils with learning needs under the guidance of teaching staff.
The role focuses on enabling access to learning for individuals and groups, both in the classroom and beyond.
You will work on a 1:1 basis with a child with additional and medical needs, with responsibilities including classroom support, safeguarding and collaborating with the leadership team.
DBS and Welsh language criteria apply.
