Island Youthways is seeking a Youth Coach to support young people aged 16–25 toward greater independence. The role includes evening and sleep‑in shifts with a rolling two‑week rota, offering a practical blend of day and night support.
Two shift patterns are available: 18 hours per week or 36–43 hours per week. We value kindness, reliability and a willingness to learn, with enhanced DBS paid for by us and strong staff support.
