The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Double‑Glazing Sales Representative to join our rapidly expanding business.

Responsibilities:

  • Attend customer appointments and represent the company professionally
  • Interpret customer requirements and provide expert advice and design options
  • Demonstrate and advise customers on our range of products available
  • Design customer orders and prepare accurate quotations
  • Build and maintain excellent customer relationships from sale to installation
  • Work closely with our surveyor and order processor

Essential Criteria:

  • Must have experience in the glazing industry (windows, doors, fascias, conservatories)
  • Full and clean UK driving licence
  • Must have been driving for over 2 years and be over the age of 25 (insurance requirement)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be smart and presentable at all times
  • Good computer skills
  • Friendly, professional, and customer‑focused approach

What We’re Looking For:

You will be a confident, motivated individual with a passion for the sales process and a strong focus on customer service. A solid understanding of double‑glazing products, roofline and conservatories as well as building regulations. You will represent and be an ambassador for the company, always engaging professionally, building trust and relationships with residential and business customers. You will need to be a team‑focused individual with the ability to work within a company with a strong positive culture and attention to detail.
