As a Supervisor, you will play a central role in delivering highway maintenance and improvement works safely and effectively. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support operational teams delivering highway works on site
- Promote a strong safety culture and ensure safe systems of work are followed
- Plan and allocate labour, plant, and materials to meet programme needs
- Deliver site inductions, briefings, and toolbox talks to support team readiness
- Monitor progress and quality, ensuring work meets required standards
- Maintain accurate site records such as diaries, logs, and reports
- Work closely with clients, subcontractors, and colleagues to resolve issues
- Support traffic management and temporary works on site
- Identify opportunities to improve delivery, performance, and efficiency
