As a Supervisor, you will play a central role in delivering highway maintenance and improvement works safely and effectively. You will guide site teams, coordinate resources, and ensure projects meet quality expectations while maintaining a strong focus on safety and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support operational teams delivering highway works on site

  • Deliver site inductions, briefings, and toolbox talks to support team readiness
  • Monitor progress and quality, ensuring work meets required standards

  • Work closely with clients, subcontractors, and colleagues to resolve issues
  • Support traffic management and temporary works on site
