Jersey Zoo is seeking a role to support the delivery of an excellent visitor and commercial experience across Gift Shop, Admissions and Membership operations.
This is a customer-facing position with a focus on strengthening retail capability within the Commercial team. The postholder will help with sales, merchandising, stock management and the presentation and performance of the Gift Shop, while also supporting Admissions and Membership and the day-to-day operation of the Visitor Centre.
