To provide a first line of support to the Relationship Managers, while ensuring that an exceptional service is delivered at all times producing a favourable client experience and maintaining a high level of integrity and ethical standards, within defined compliance and risk parameters.
Contribute to credit applications and renewals and assist with the credit process including liaising with external parties and the credit risk team.
Respond to routine client enquiries, queries and requests with speedy and accurate feedback to help maintain positive relationships with clients.
