FX Pricing Desk Specialists focus on executing FX transactions for customers contacting the FX Pricing Desk directly or by using the Global Markets dealer platform (Evolve FX) and MWS. This is a customer-facing role responsible for actively managing a portfolio of international Premier Expat and/or Channel Islands and Isle of Man (CIIOM) Premier customers, providing high-quality service to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and completing full reviews to establish and address their immediate and future FX financial needs.
Providing specialist pricing support by negotiating FX rates outside the standard board rate when appropriate (within approved discretionary pricing guidelines and authority) and by managing currency risk and generating revenue from spreads and trading decisions.
