As a sales Consultant, you will provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. You will support customers by offering guidance, product knowledge & recommendations to help them make informed purchasing decisions. You will also help ensure the department is well presented, fully stocked & operating efficiently. You will:
- Deliver exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming & professional shopping experience.
- Assist customers in selecting purchases based on their needs & budget.
- Demonstrate product features, where appropriate, in a clear & engaging way.
- Maintain excellent product knowledge, keeping up to date with the latest product launches.
- Process sales, returns, exchanges, & customer orders accurately through the till system.
- Replenish stock, merchandise displays & ensure the department is clean, organised & visually appealing.
