We’re looking for a passionate & driven Sales & Duty Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead & motivate the team to achieve sales targets
  • Exceptional customer service.

Manage daily club operations including health & safety opening/closing. local marketing initiatives & outreach to grow membership numbers.

Provide tours & inductions to potential new members.

Assist in the supervision & training of team members to ensure a smooth & efficient sales process is followed.

Take full responsibility for the club when acting as Duty Manager.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a fitness leisure or retail sales management role
  • Confident communicator with strong people & leadership skills.

Results-driven with a passion for health fitness & member engagement.

Skills with reporting & understanding data & conversion.

  • Organised reliable & proactive with excellent problem-solving skill
