What will you do?
- Prepare and send employment contracts same-day, ensuring no delays in onboarding top talent.
- Guide hiring managers through Work Day & RBC’s intranet, empowering them to navigate the recruitment lifecycle with confidence.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure seamless processes for candidates.
- Work closely with Employee Relations, Compensation, Global Mobility, and more to align on shared goals.
- Manage interview scheduling, generate offer letters, step in to cover for other recruitment coordinators across other areas of the business, and keep the recruitment inbox running smoothly
What Do You Need to Succeed? Must Have
