We have an opportunity for an HR Advisor to provide a high-quality HR advisory service to partners, line managers and employees in designated jurisdictions and practice groups within the firm business.
- Alongside the Relationship Manager, provide high quality HR advice and guidance to managers and partners to facilitate the early resolution of employee relation issues, ensuring that the risks associated with such cases are effectively managed.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the nuances and complexities of the location and practice area that you support.
- Support the Relationship Manager with all HR reporting requirements.
- Conduct the weekly HR induction sessions for new joiners.
