Bohemia has a rare & exciting opportunity for a dynamic Head Pastry Chef who is looking to take their career to the next level. Bohemia has been the leading gastronomic restaurant in Jersey for the past 22 years and has held a Michelin Star & Multi AA Rosettes for the past 21 years.
We are looking for either an experienced Head Pastry Chef or a current assistant pastry chef looking for their first opportunity to run their own team. You must be a focused individual with high level experience. It is important that you hold an understanding for all pastry practices and innovative techniques and be currently working to the highest standards of a Rosette or Michelin starred Restaurant – be able to show a stable work history.
