We are looking for a Head of Buying who will lead the overall product, brand & category offer of the store, ensuring that we invest in the right brands, products & categories to deliver strong sales, margin & stock performance, while keeping the store relevant & exciting for customers.This role requires curiosity, commercial drive, initiative, ownership & the confidence to challenge.
- Take a whole-store view
- Lead & develop the Buying team
- Control buying budgets & open-to-buy
- Ensure buying decisions are supported by data & commercial logic
- Manage overall stock performance through the Buyers & Merchandiser
- Drive new brands, products & categories
- Help shape the wider direction of the business
- Genuinely love fashion, brands & retail
- Have strong commercial & product judgement
- Be an experienced Leader & Buyer
