Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage pace of play to ensure rounds are completed within expected timeframes
- Patrol the course and provide friendly assistance and guidance to players
- Ensure green fees and guest fees are correctly paid and verified
- Act as a liaison between players, the Professional Shop, and management
- Respond to on-course emergencies and assist with first aid situations when required
- Monitor weather conditions and ensure player safety during adverse conditions
- Support club competitions, charity events, and shotgun starts
- Assist with scorecard handling, results input, and competition administration
- Maintain key club areas including the first tee, entrance hall, trolley shed, and back garden
- Ensure golf buggies are clean, charged, and presentable for daily use
- Report any misconduct or breaches of club rules to management
