Key responsibilities:

  • Administer funds, management companies & associated fund structures within the team, liaise with clients & intermediaries on a daily basis.
  • Assist with all aspects of company secretarial matters.
  • Maintain accurate investor records on eFront & process investor changes.
  • Prepare manual & electronic payment instructions.
  • Process & co-ordinate routine fund operations, including investor calls & distributions.
  • Ensure regulatory & statutory filings are made.
  • Assist with the accounts distribution & filing process.
  • Assist & support the induction, integration & training of Trainee staff.

Skills, knowledge, expertise:

  • Expected to be studying towards a relevant professional qualification.
  • Some financial services experience.
  • Computer literacy skills are essential.
  • Good interpersonal skills are required.
