The predicted salary is between 12 - 15 £ per hour.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Undertake scanning, filing, and archiving deliverables.
  • Participate in various annual and ad-hoc projects, e.g., retention/data destruction projects.
  • Perform general facilities administrative tasks using Word, Excel, and Outlook – updating various trackers, invoice management, stationery management, etc., accurately and with harmonisation.
  • Maintain internal authorised signatory lists.
  • Undertake general facilities duties including front of house duties, e.g., visitor and hospitality services, meeting room bookings, messaging, mailroom.
  • Liaise with third party contractors as required, e.g., couriers.
  • Fulfil health and safety policy duties and obtain/maintain any associated qualifications.
  • Undertake business continuity plan activities as determined in the BCP plan.
  • Be an active member of the Social Committee and help plan and deliver events.
