We are looking for an experienced and energetic F&B manager with a genuine interest and love for Food and Wine in a modern casual style dining setting serving Mediterranean style food. You must have great people skills and excellent attention to detail and be able to inspire your team.
Must have relevant computer skills and be able to use res diary etc. We are a busy family run beach side restaurant and cafe and cater for all ages. We have recently undergone a little rebrand and launched our new summer menu under the guidance of our Exec Chef and Managing Director Joseph Baker who also runs Petchi.
We can offer a great package of approximately 45k per annum plus potential bonus and subsidised accommodation. Winter hours mainly daytime, summer a mix of straight and split shifts. You must have your own transport as we are located on St Ouens beach.
