We are currently recruiting for a Financial Controller in our Jersey office on a six month fixed term contract basis. Principal duties include:
- Preparation of annual financial statements for all entities in the group and liaise with auditors as required
- Manage the preparation of tax computations in conjunction with tax advisors
- Develop an understanding of the local reporting requirements and rules in each jurisdiction
- Oversight of client monies policies and procedures ensuring compliance
- Responsibility for bank and balance sheet reconciliations, liaising with the group functions & jurisdictional finance teams
Applications are welcomed from fully qualified accountants (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with post qualification experience and experience of tax reporting including tax computation preparation, WHT calculations and disclosures, GST and VAT analysis and reporting.
