Assist and support the SBOG Data Protection Officer in the implementation of the Business and Country specific Data Privacy Strategies, conduct assessments and analysis towards local legislative and data privacy changes, gaps and requirements, compile reports in the applicable legal entities to advise on risk mitigation plans, thus to protect both the clients and Standard Bank from related data privacy risks. Provide the business with required administrative support for DSAR, ROPA and DPIAs.
Qualifications: Data Protection Practitioner Certificate or similar professional qualification.
Experience Required: 3 – 5 years experience in Data & Analytics. Extensive and expert knowledge and management of Data Privacy, preferable within financial institutions. Apply audit knowledge and experience to drive improvement.
