The Customer Service role is a varied support role which sits within the administration/finance team at Voisins. Duties include:
- Daily cash takings from Tills
- Answering the main switchboard & directing or answering queries
- Maintenance of gift cards
- Monitoring the Customer Service email box & answering or redirecting requests/enquiries as necessary
- Assisting with queries from shop floor staff
- Maintaining the petty cash till
- Monitoring/ordering change from Barclays, handling cash refunds & change requests from all departments
- Taking payments by phone
- Management of daily post
- Supporting the Head of Admin and the Finance Team
