Key responsibilities:

  • Assist with all aspects of corporate governance matters, including client on-boarding, maintaining internal systems & databases, company secretarial matters
  • Assist with all aspects of the company secretarial administration on a range of entities across various corporate structures
  • Assist with all aspects of company secretarial matters
  • Maintain accurate records for all entities administered
  • Initiate the collection CDD on shareholders
  • Working with Aztec centres of excellence
  • Build & maintain strong working relationships with internal & external clients
  • Undertake routine & office clerical tasks

Skills, knowledge, expertise:

  • Previous financial services experience desirable
  • Legal degree desirable or commencement of Corporate Governance Institute UK (CGI/ ICSA) qualifications
  • Computer literacy skills
  • Good attention to detail
