- Ensuring the diary of the Clinic is efficiently and effectively run, ensuring adequate and appropriate scheduling of appointments.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all incoming calls, emails, and mail, prioritizing and redirecting as necessary. Meeting and greeting patients at the clinic.
- Ensuring all customer record keeping is accurate and up to date and easily accessible.
- Ordering and maintaining stock of products to the required level.
- Carrying out the application of procedures prior to treatment if requested, preparing for treatments, supporting aftercare and emergency support.
- Dealing with all administrative duties, queries, returns, etc. to ensure the clinic operates effectively.
- Complete ad-hoc tasks and personal errands as required.
